1. What makes your granola different?
What truly makes our granola unique is the fact that it's handmade. Every ingredient is carefully selected and cleaned by us to ensure a product you can trust. We also offer a variety of our own signature flavors made with 100% natural ingredients — no refined sugar, no preservatives, and no additives.
2. Do you use refined sugar?
No. We never use refined sugar. Our sweetness comes from natural ingredients like honey, dried fruits, or dates (in some blends).
3. Are your granolas gluten-free?
Our recipes do not include any gluten-containing ingredients. However, they may not be certified gluten-free depending on the oats supplier.
4. How should I store my granola?
Keep it in a cool, dry place. Once opened, make sure to close the bag properly or store it in an airtight container to maintain maximum freshness and crunch.
5. How long does a bag stay fresh?
Our granola stays fresh for up to 3 months when properly stored. For best taste, consume within 40 days after opening.
6. What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer eco-friendly packaging in 250g bags.
7. Can I order wholesale or bulk?
Yes! We offer wholesale and bulk options for cafés, gyms, hotels, and shops. Contact us for more details.
8. Where do you deliver?
We deliver everywhere in Morocco, with 24-hour delivery for most major cities. We also offer an international delivery option.
9. Do you accept returns?
For safety and hygiene reasons, food products cannot be returned once opened. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours.
